At e-signfittings we believe good customer care is the backbone of our business and our policy points are very simple

  1. Our phone lines are answered by person not a recorded robot during office hours.
  2. We don’t make promises we can’t meet and if we encounter delivery delays or problems we will call you to advice.
  3. We listen to your requirements and enquires to find the appropriate product for you.
  4. If you have a problem we will get it sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  5. If we can’t supply the product you are looking for we will advise who may be able to help you.
  6. If we can’t answer you question immediately we will always find out and ring you back.
